Where I live we have Safeway, Speedway, Circle K, Maverick and Chevron. :(
Shell and chevron are hard to find here (s. Tx). And for some reason the only exxons are now very seedy conveience stores that i avoid due to beggars. Im skeptical they have real exxon gas. We do have alot of valero and sunoco.

While on this subject. I read a 2014 review on tge r3t and the writer stated due to the low compression, it runs good on reg. I use premium but wonder if a "low compression" eng would be better off on lower octane.
One more thing, murphyusa sells reg ethanol free gas. About the price of premium. Wish they made a premium version. Wonder which is better. I assume they design these bikes to tolerate ethanol.

I stopped going there years ago, the card readers they use are beyond aggravating. I'll have to stop and see the grade "Oh Yeah" though, it might be worth going there from now on. :D :D
It seems all of a sudden here, you stick your card in and it grabs it til its done. 1st time that happened i tried to yank it out and couldnt get it.

Stock or near stock engine regular is all you need. I prefer regular gas. Bike runs well on it.
Im testing out mid grade right now. But all this talk about additives makes me think i should stick to prem.ive been getting 26-27 mpg with the windscreen on. Im taking it off when it warms up.

I was told by a fuel delivery person, that the non-ethanol in my area, has a higher octane than the ethanol high test. He also said that it all comes out of the same tank, at the depot, and then additives, ethanol, and octane are added to the load, as required for the order. o_O

Right, and top tier has better/cleaner additive packages added.
