Top Speed?

I went well over the 120 mph speedo, but don't know how fast. I also had that spooky rear tire weave, at least it felt like rear tire weave, but I thought maybe it was the windshield oscillation transmitting to the forks. A real slow motion thing, not like a headshake or start of a tankslapper.
 
****! I ran just over 120 mph on my 750cc 1975 Honda! Yes crazy as hell, but young as hell!
 
I shift into 4th gear around 140 then hold on till about 6 Oclock on the speedo and hit fifth. Scary ****z, that I can say especially with the torque and wind at them speeds. You have to be carefull as there is not much margin for error.
 
Jesus, I start freakin when I approach 200kpm let alone 207 MPH!

You must have nuts the size of king kong!!

Wish there was a turbo or supercharger that integrated with the bike more discretely as I love the look of the bike and to have a huge thing slapped on the side just makes me depressed that it would ruin the beauty of the bike.

Nope if I had the right size stones and a good day I would like to see how close to 239 mph she will run
239 would be on the rev limiter Of course with wind resistance it might not pull it.

One thing I have learned and do admit is that it is very dangerous at them speeds on country roads. One screw up and its most likely over or at least I would say 95% deathe rate if not a little higher. But some people like Bill Warner make it thru. He went down at about 235 mph last year and lived. Of course there were broken bones punctured lung along with a bucket load of Blunt Force Trama.

I don't think its that ugly dude. Boost is good does a turbo that is hidden where the cat box and starter are.




I do often think Gacie should have a turbo along with some Carpenter goodies
If not I garantee she will end up with a stage 1 Carpenter kit someday.

Les is kind of right especially if you start mixing things like high compression, big cams, larger titainium intake valves, custom porting and O-ringing of the head, Oh and some darn fine Crower rods.

It takes a while to make it all work and if you make a error you could break a lot of **** inside quicker then stink on crap.

He is right in saying stay NA she will have more power then you can handle and not as much hassel.
