What happens if i take the 20776 map (I have TORS and OEM Air filter) and change the speed limit to 299kph and increase 6900 Rpm?? It will work?

There are no real consequences for changing the speed limit and rpm. With TuneECU it is easy to do. I do not know if tune 20776 is correct.

Depends on if you will actually use the increase....which gear do you intend to rev the motor out to 6900 revs?....
I asked myself the same question and decided that i probably wouldnt use it, so left it at factory....in the end it dosnt matter....just my thoughts.

Unless the engine has had better cams fitted there is no point in trying to rev it higher/harder it wont get you there any faster it makes it's torque and Max HP below 6000 RPM. Raising the speed limiter will however allow it to go beyond the factory set speed limiter setting, easily.

There is no use in increasing the rev-limit.
But the stock speed cutter comes in too early.
