To Blip or Not To Blip??

Wife bought me a similar one for me as a birthday present but the writing is slightly different, says it tells the truth
 
I reckon, blip the throttle gently, and, barbagris, where can I get that T shirt?
 
I ride a friends Ducati Diavel. If you don't blip the throttle you will lock up the back wheel. The engine braking is amazing. This instructor must ride a 125 two stroke.
