Grampi if all you need is a law against cell phone use to make roads safe for motorcycles than why haven't the nanny states that have cell phone laws seen a decrease in Mc accidents. The issue is distracted driving - it's not possible to out law every distraction. And why would you prevent passengers from engaging in a lawful safe activity?

Because they don't enforce the laws...we have laws here against using hand held devices and it's never enforced...heck even the cops drive around here using them...

That was exactly my point! We don't need more laws, we need to enforce and punish when laws are broken.

I don't have a problem with that, but something has got to be done because cell phone use while driving is out of control...
