The Old Guy knows his Triumphs

You don't mean "just in case" you actually mean "when"...

Is it just me or is this a tad ironic given the way you seem to keep dribbling over your yellow Suzuki....

It grew on me over the years. Was a reliable bike and had lot of happy miles on it.

I hope I can do even more on the Rocket now that it's more suitable for 2 up riding

I get nothing but ooohs and aaahs from many bike owners. Park the bike and it's an instant magnet. A lot of thumbs up from cagers also while riding. The bike commands attention, sounds good and marks it's territory with authority. With no dealers within 6 hours, any Triumph is unique. The masses don't seem to realize Triumph is a real force in the motorcycle world with a quality product. There are only a handful of different models in my community.

The other interest group is the ****** rocket riders. Many of them state that they don't care for cruisers/Harleys, until they see my Roadster. They like the peg position and the sound even better. All in all, it has generated a lot of interest in my home town. No one has a Rocket here.

And we got our bikes at the same time at the same place. How cool is that!
