Thank You Mr. Penner

Exhaust experts/engine experts - I need your valuable inputs here

My 10second quarter mile run

Exhaust, headers and flange, All fabricated by myself, welds were cleaned afterwards and heat shields were also fabricated

Running 100% RICH with DNA air filter

the torque is insane now, mileage is basically non existent, Only getting 23 miles per gallon or 10 KM per Liter

I have real-time air fuel ratio monitoring system installed as well, cost $500usd

Hello, Journeyman,
In stealth mode, it is as quiet as the stock mufflers. I have found this to be most useful on road trips when cruising around 3,000rpm. It's nice to
enjoy the ride and not listen to loud exhaust. I haven't noticed a real drop in performance in this mode, with the exception of how it revs.
Now in performance mode it has a deep authoritative presence when I get on it. I have been told it has a deep rumble, you know when I'm getting on it.
The engine revs to redline quickly as it pulls hard to 7,000rpm.
Push Button switch location, Left side.
This rotates the E-Valve 180-degs each push of the switch.

Nice install,Im impressed with how your finished exhaust turned out.

Would like to see dyno results between all the different collectors, would be interesting, would think each has a different number and effect.

Did you get the fuel numbers under control?

How do I find about more about the wideband sensors?

Wow that's a lot less loss than I expected, thanks for enlightening us.
OK so I've received my OBDLinkMX+ signed up to Tuneecu and reset my service light and checked a few parameters, so I know it is all working. I've been trying to find the Penner derestricted tune for my 2020 GT, but can only find the tunes to download on Tuneecu But they specify for stock exhaust and I have a decatted Zard, on mine and I'm not even sure if this is the Penner tune?
The Tune number is 31012-3 have I got the correct Penner tune please.
P.S. The bike is a UK bike.
Thanks in advance for your help, it's a bit of a learning curve for me.
Ade

I would say your probably here for the all markets GT tune: As to your Zard exhaust if it's just the slip on it should work OK.

I downloaded it from the app, but not even sure if it is a Penner Tune.

I downloaded it from the app, but not even sure if it is a Penner Tune.
It's located in the custom maps folder (as seen above) and at the bottom it says this:

When you download it the name of the file is:

When you go to open the file that is the title you are looking to open.

When you open it in TuneECU it might only show just the map number 31012, not the full name above. As long as you tapped that file to open it should be the Penner tune. To verify that, go to ETV 3 in the open file and check the last column of numbers. They should all be 100. If the numbers near the top of the last column in ETV3 go down to about 76 then that is the stock factory tune.

If you downloaded the stock map from the 3 and 4 Cylinder folder it would look like this in the TuneECU site folder:
