I tried to contact EMC at both the French site and the US site. No response from either. They don't seem to interested in selling their product
They don't even list suspension for the 2.5s on the USA site, but do on the French site. I went through the motions of ordering (but didn't) and the shipping would be $52, not bad. But, of course we now have the Big Beautiful Tariffs to go on top of that- how much depends on whatever way the wind is blowing at the moment one were to order. Maybe with the model number in hand you could order from the USA site (IF they will respond), but that markup is going to get passed on one way or another.
.........for those who are fanatics of well-tuned motorcycles, there is only one solution: put Andreani cartridges in the forks and an EMC at the rear...

Curious- Why do you believe EMC is clearly superior to Wilbers? Have you installed and compared all options? I haven't, so hoping to learn something....

Probably what I'll end up with since EMC isn't being communicative. They sure are proud of their hydraulic pre load option. (Wilber's that is)
I put in an email to both EMC USA and France and will see if I have better luck. Yeah, that pre-load option really boosts the price on the Wilbers.

So what did you get for rider sag? Also as a percent of travel?
Depends on which bike I'm setting it up on. My Bobber has very little static sag (<10mm) because the total rear shock travel is only 3.25 inches. My Rocket has a bit more sag, about 25mm of sag because it has 4.2 inches (or 107mm) travel so about 23% of the total travel is static sag. I also backed the rebound damping all the way off since I tip the scales north of 300 pounds and have minimum compression damping. The ride quality with this set up is very good for me (at least I like it).

If you’re getting 23% at 300lbs, I would expect the rear spring would be too heavy for people under 200lbs.
