"standard" position footpegs

If I had to ride ANY bike with only one foot position for very long I would be in trouble. I put highway pegs on my crash bars and angled them toward the back just enough so that in cruise mode I can put my heels on the standard pegs and the toe of my boots rests on the highway pegs. This gives me three riding positions...feet fully on the regular pegs, heels on the regular pegs with toes on highway pegs, and feet fully up on the highway pegs. Seems to work pretty well so far

did the same my 07 had the floor boards put the (flimsy) crash bars on hiway pegs able to move driver backrest into position 3 or 4 slide forward on seat feet on hiway pegs heels on hiway pegs or use floorboards and pegs or just boards throttlemeister at times mp3 speakers in helmet makes a long ride pretty comfy

So- old thread resurrected- any movement on these stubby foot rests?
Any decent clamp-on foot rests for the earlier models?

Some have used the 1" clamp Goldwing pegs which will fit your peg rail.
I did not like them and went with boards, but many do.
