Has anyone replaced the standard seat with a bobber seat (spring mounted)

Would we interesting to see how it looks and if any benefits in terms of being able to change ride height maybe get more shock absortion. Also would it increase available air to the standard air box?

I have just put low wide bars on my classic to improve ride position for focused riding, now looking to have the ability to adjust the seat position.

I have not seen any pics with a bobber seat.

Maybe I need to give it ago, seems to be pleny on ebay.

I haven't seen anyone with a spring bobber seat yet that will be a new one. Go fo it!!!

Might have to use a truck leaf spring. Just kidd'n, and would love to see what you come up with

You do know that it is against the law to keep the stock intake system throw the stock system away trust me it is the best upgrade you can do.
