The front truck is steerable, and while it won't turn well, it will turn. Skateboard trucks pivot by leaning, and the single rear wheel will tip with the board, but it may not be well coordinated.

Clever little fella ,but someone should teach him how to use a hacksaw safely, just raise the index finger on the hand holding the object being cut to prevent the saw blade jumping out the cut and slicing the hand,
it makes my blood run cold when I see someone cutting like that

Seven stiches down the side of my left thumb was how I learned this lesson plus the surgical wire brush to clean out the brass filings from the wound
