Just wondered if you were on the site. I was out riding in northern CT when I ended up behind you. Anyway Yesterday was a perfect ride day, 60's clear, light traffic, windy roads, bikes out and about. My Rocket just out of the shop with a new clutch, new tune up...

Speaking of the tune up, I can't praise Branchville Motors in Branchville CT enough. My bike went in for a new front fender when some jerk hit it in NY while it was parked and knocked it over.... Anywaym after chatting and talking about my rocket, they not only fixed the fender and did a brilliant paint match to the custom purple, but replace both tires ( needed it badly ) , did a brake job I wanted, and rebuilt the clutch... they also threw in a tuneup and a really nice wash and wax.

The new tune up was as good as it gets! No more backfires/popping while engine braking. The bike just leaps! And it gets better...

The new clutch they put in and/or the work they did made my shifting far better than the day I rode it off the lot! Smooth, easy to get in neutral, no thumping...

These guys get my vote! :D

cheers

Just curious: "...My bike went in for a new front fender when some jerk hit it in NY while it was parked and knocked it over...." did the Jerk own up to the incident or is term "jerk" an assumption?

A good mechanic is worth their weight in silver:D Gold is up to $1100/oz and only Wall Street execs are paid their weight in gold:sick:

LOL! I love the chipmonk one. The Rocket band is pretty amusing too.

When I ride it's pretty much rock and country on my IPOD.

cheers
