Sounds great, see you there. Now, I think I better get that Garmin nuvi 1690. I'm tired of getting misplaced.

just route yourself through St. Louis on 64 It is just 30 miles the other side of Branson Missouri, I listened to some last year and went through Missouri you talk about a scenic tour'''' we came back through St. Louis whole lot faster the Garmin got me lost twice in Arkansas we spent three hours running around in circles

Then I tried using it in June to go to Branson, MO and the possessed little machine took me off I-44 at Aurora through the country to Branson! I swear I thought we were lost! But I have to say I seen some real pretty country and one road on the side of a hill/mountain all I could think was god this is insane and my 17 year old baby-girl was driving.....needless to say I was like a suction cup on that seat! LOL I finally had to day-dream of riding "Big Red" on those narrow curvy roads to keep from screaming! LOL. Might not have been that bad but I'm bit of a control freak when it comes to riding and not driving LOL
"BIG RED" That was the original name of Secretariat, or however you spell him. His record was or has never been approached. What a horse. Good name for a R3

We also discovered something else you don't travel in Western Kentucky After Dark no filling stations are open farming territory everybody goes home goes to bed 9 or 10 o'clock the same way in Missouri also Arkansas is closed, I 64 coming back to Louisville is the same way make sure it's a daytime trip also Western Kentucky has dear about the size of a German Shepherd that love to travel at night. But it was fun to watch them pick cotton in Missouri got pictures of that but had to ride 20 miles to find a shade tree to get under for a break also discovered when they pick their cotton fields they set them on fire you will run through a wall of smoke for several miles then it's clear and you will hit another wall of smoke it was a very learning experience LOL
If you hold it in Arkansas, I will try to ride down (sans Adrienne).
I think it would be a good trip to test the Russell Day Long.
If I go solo, it involves a lot less planning and Adrienne is always happy to get me out of her hair.
