If you or anybody from Texas are coming thru I40 or I44 thru Oklahoma, i would like to join in

Hey Mexican, I'm riding from Arizona and I will be blowing through Oklahoma on I40. I was planning on riding straight through to Marble Canyon (1275mi - about 20hrs hard riding).

When were you planning on leaving?

I intend to get to the Hub some time early afternoon on Thursday.

Sorry boys and girls but I am unable to make this one, I am in the middle of the MSF Instructors course plus I have a couple of soccer games at FSU that same weekiend.
Someone will have to look after Steve I know that it is usually my job so here is what you do------ let him drink untill he falls asleep nice and simple make sure Jay and Wendy feeds Steve his daily intake of fruit Steve likes his fruit.
JDuke(and Amanda) and Wildwilly can only look after themselves for the first six or seven beers then someone has to put them to bed.

Yeah, but it's not as much as I did to get to Maggie Valley last year. That was over 1500 miles. That took me 27hrs with construction delays.

It beats holing up for the night with nothing to do. If I get too misserable from rain & cold, I might get a room and take a break.

It's just straight boring road. If I'm good, I just crank the tunes & cruise.

I guess for a Rocket, that would be "going ballistic".

I was planning on leaving friday morning but you got me thinking,,
the wife wants to go too and i think it would be a nice long weekend without the kids, i will let you know tomorrow

Sorry, I'm going to have to cancel. Rather then wait till the last minute, I wanted to give the Hub motel as much notice as possible. If by chance I can get my act together before next weekend I'll simply take my chances on room availability. Thanks again to Scowherd for organizing this, and I hope to meet some of you in the future.
