rocket 3 "storm" anyone?

I recon it would exceed the emissions requirements. I don't know why, I just recon it would... Why else wouldn't they do it?

You got'it in one Tony. Most of the mods done by owners would not get past the emission rules imposed on manufacturers.

Don't have to 'send' your Rocket anywhere or spend big bucks to get 160 BHP at the rear wheel.. good set of headers/muffler , K&N's and a dyno .. done deal.

More like 175hp and 180 ft-lbs.
