Roadster LCD fuel guage

Guys
Having replaced my battery for an AGM one, the fuel guage registers zero miles and there are no little black bars which tell you how full the tank is. When you turn ignition on the bars show up during the needle sweep. It has fuel in it, is somethiing stuck and a fill up might help or take it for a run?

Any pointers please.

I dont think its a problem, The fuel gauge will work after few miles of riding, this happens even when u fill the tank, it doesnt show full bars, but when you start moving it shows!!

As Zen says, probably just needs a short ride. Certainly try that before getting too concerned.

After a phone call, I was told to fill right up and a short ride and it will find itself and reset. Will see as it's sunny and 8c here today.
