Rivco risers on a Roadster

Skip I did not think that Harley risers would bolt up let me know how it came out. I have several sets of Harley risers that I will try if they will bolt the my gauges are mounted on handlebars on the 07

Great pictures appreciate it very much, I will put risers on my wish list looks like a person could probably put a windshield bag on it now. Also I believe the key would be a lot easier to get to. Do your shoulders feel a little more relaxed I'm just full of questions today.

Havn't had a good ride yet. I came back from a 600k trip last weekend with no risers, and the one thing that did annoy me was the burning feeling across the back of the shoulders and neck. I put this down to leaning too far forward, so the risers should stop this.

Well got the Rivco risers fitted today. Had to re-route the throttle cables and brake line behind the top clamp. Clutch cable is fine "just".
Can't lift the tank without removing the handlebars though as the chrome tab hits the clamp holding the bars and gauges.
So my next project with be to make a new hold down tab for the tank from stainless steel so I can lift the tank without removing anything. My other project it to make the sissy bar quick release, but thats another story.
Here;s some pics.

I know this is an old thread, but did anybody have any problems with the brake line bracket spacer supplied in the pack with the risers. When I fitted the small round spacer the brake line hit the bottom of the triple tree making it impossible to fit the spacer.
