What is the best replacement battery for my 2011 Rocket 3 Roadster?

AGM (Acid Glass Mat). I don't recommend you try the lithium as the charging system voltage isn't rated to charge them.

Hmmm.....I installed an Ionic lithium($125.00, 5 year warranty, 10 year life expediency, 500 CA)6 months ago and have been very happy with the Bluetooth iPhone connectivity, the BMS ,etc., that tells me what the status is on numerous variables and I have had zero problems or need to put it on a charger. It always shows a charge state between 97 and 100 %. I admit, the jury is still out and I hope/pray it does not burn my house down.

I didn't say it couldn't be done, just the charging system is rated for the AGM. My Speed Triple has a lithium battery from the factory, and the charging voltage of that system is 15.5VDC vice 14.8 of my Rocket. Your lithium battery may last many years with reliable service, but when it goes it will probably be suddenly and with zippo warning, unlike an AGM, they tend to fade a bit before crashing.
