Just put new tires on the bike, looked up the torque settings for the Rear brake caliper torque reaction bolt and saw that the service manual calls for this bolt to be replaced if removed. Anyone or does everyone replace this when they change their rear tire? Or just re-torque it?

I have changed my rear pads 3 times and never replaced that bolt. I know my dealer has worked on my machine at every 10000 interval and don't know if he has or not.

I saw the same thing in the manual when I checked torque settings for the shock bolts while installing my Hagons last week. One rather disconcerting thing I found was that the top bolt on one of my shocks was loose. I'd changed it earlier after replacing a leaking stock shock. I re-used the existing bolt again, with blue loctite, and plan to check the torque settings from time to time.
