Hanso ... Surely you dont think a bloke telling another bloke " he loves him" is gay  i hug all my really old mates when i see them .. lost way too many of them over the years. Never know if it's the last time you'll get to tell them how much their friendship has meant to you . I've got mates that i've known since high school.

Tell them TC. Its not that you are willing to hug, its where you put your hands while doing it.

No silly If you read what Richard was said when he said "one of them" it could be interpreted as suggesting that he was calling Nolton Gay which I am sure neither party is (but I just had a laugh) and besides I totally agree with you, how was I to know when I bid Cobba farewell till next time we rode which would have been up to Hervey Bay at Phillip Island last year, that the next time was not going to happen, I have lost far to many friends over the years and cherished every one of their friendships .... even yours!! ya mug.
I Finnish this with the immortal words of Jeff Fennic "I Luv's Ya's All" or something like that

For years I have offered hugs to people at work. It is an easy way to see where someone is at in their head. Most get embarrassed. Some accept but a few go homophobic.
I had a new superintendent go homophobic on me. Red faced and trying to find a exit. The guy is still afraid of me.
I have had so much fun doing that.
On the other hand, when I give a hug to a friend, it is from the heart.
I don't have a problem with it.

Nolton You have to watch that around the factories up here. They will get you for sexual harassment. I do admit it is kind of funny but some of the HR departments are kind of strange

My mates are used to it now ..hahahah.. some were'nt as receptive as others at first. Like you said it's a good way to see where someones at. Fools that still think someone witnessing them hug another male will get tongues wagging .. well f#ck'em i reckon. Way too old and wise to give two****s what anyone thinks of me .. what i think of me has become way more important ;)

T/C you never cease to amaze me, two blokes that couldn't be more different if we tried, but mate one of the voices in my head must be you, your words and thoughts so close to home not funny.

It's a fact that there probably are several "odd couples" on here but that's only appearance. It's what's inside that's important; that's where the things are that we have in common. More than just our shared attraction to these machines. Not wanting to extend any gay analogies or anything but I reckon people hang around on these type of forums because they're fundamentally givers, not takers. And I guess I have to admit, I'd probably have the same preference if I was gay. ;)

Nolton, if you ever did decide to mince you way over here, there's a scooter shop not far away I'd be happy to direct you to.

What, your not coming with me?
The reaction would be priceless. Full on heterosexual walking into a gay establishment is funny like nothing else. Talking about displacement.
