Not for me mate ... i believe big patches on the back of jackets are for clubbies .... or people that don't mind being harrased by clubbies ( i don't fit into either of those groups).... thanks though.

I am with TC on that, if you go back a couple years ago the Ulysses AGM in Canberra, there were a few midlife crisis wanna be bikies the had the old man with rocker top (nickname)and bottom (branch location) and wondered why they got harassed by some prospect Rebels, It caused the first rule to be created in the Ulysses Club " no back patch on riding jacket" or something to that effect. Not that condone the actions taken by the prospects but 1% era have to earn the right to wear a patch

Yep, I do say I have to agree, but I did not see it that way before.

Good call fellas, im glad I asked.

yes I know a couple of Ulysses riders had problems with the Rebels I think it was in Canberra becuase of patches and rockers.

What they said. I'd have one though, but as I don't have any patches on anything it would just add to my (small) collection.

What tiny brains some people have, though.

Yes there some the Glasshouse mtns mob and even. Couple from my branch down here whom I had spoken too a couple of years earlier when I formed the branch and they wanted go join but I told them that 1% ers would frown on their mock patches resembling Colours, they didn't listen to me but quickly removed them after the strive in Canberra

There's a process that needs to be followed before anything goes on the back of a jacket these days.. it can be done , few social clubs up here running around with crap on the back of their vests. To not follow the process , show a little respect in other words is just asking for drama.... I think if you want something on the back of your vest , join a real club... just forget about riding your bike without being swarmed by cops every time they spot you. Guess thats why the clubbies get shirty , blokes wanting the image but not the harrasment .. can't really blame them hey.

Absolutely . Even the small one we get for the show and shine will never grace my vest it will just get pinned in the shed with the others . No forum - social club of any kind ever gets put on my vest these days . I have a rocket 3 patch a hinkley and merriden triumph patch on the pockets and a small name tag on the front so the many people I ride with remember my name that is it nothing else .
