Opened the box to make sure everything was there, then had to put it up; so I can open it again on my birthday in a couple of weeks.
I've got D&Ds and am shying away from headers due to TX heat. But, can't seem to avoid adding a little more power every so often.
Got sick last saturday at work and just now getting back on my feet. Still have to measure valve clearance and replace shims. I figure about a week to get required shims once ordered and then we can start getting things back together. Throttle bodies and coils removed from bike so it is going to be a job getting it together again. I figure the work and money spent will be well worth it. By the time I get it back together and get the Ramair installed I'm hoping the new exhaust shows up shortly afterwards.
I snugged up the clamps and then ran a couple of zip-ties around the filter. No cracking and it stays put, going on 2 years now since I first installed it, I think.
