Standard Bore
I just fitted the Raask slip on muffler and heat shield so I thought I would share my opinion of it.
It was a fairly easy thing to fit, the heat shield supplied with the muffler fits reasonably well but it is not a perfect fit. There were no instructions with the muffler and the bracket that goes between the rear foot peg and the muffler stops the nut from fully doing up on the foot peg
The muffler is also going yellow just rear of its join with the engine pipe.
The best thing about this mod is the weight saving. Getting rid of the 3 mufflers and cat/collector + brackets makes a very noticeable difference to the weight of the bike.
The sound is good and it makes the bike more fun to ride but I think I will need a tuneboy or PC3 to get rid of a hesitation when rolling on the throttle quickly.
I also spaced the mount bracket about 2cm down to clear the saddlebags because the heat from the end of the pipe was making it very hot.
Overall I am happy with the muffler and would buy another
