R3 Exhaust question/s

On the Touring model the cats are in the mufflers, the crossover is just an empty box. I don't think anyone has actually tested how restrictive it is. Any slip on pipe will be an improvement.

Im trying to find a crossover pipe 3 to 2 vs. cleaning out the cat, any ideas?

Not sure what you are looking for. The Touring only has 2 pipes and the cross over is an empty box. IF you have 3 pipes you don't have a Touring. Paul at Viking Exhaust could make you a cross over pipe.

You can get rid of all the exhaust parts with a single slip on and it will give you the best performance dump all that original exhaust crap you cant see the pipes anyway with a bagger the 3 into 1 is the best for performance and looks thats my opinion

Really like the way the stock looks (on both sides) Just wish to boost the performance abit, and the Rumble" alot. but keep it looking pretty much as it sits.

There is a tune floating around here that will add 30 hp to a stock R3T. If you want original look, TORS will do it. A cheaper alternative would be a pair of slip ons. @JohnnyB09T put a couple of HD slip ons, on his touring, and is very happy with the sound.

The old 3 pipe standard/classic had the cat in the cross over, the Touring and Roadster have the cats in the pipes so an any slip on that fits will flow better and retain the balanced look.

I got mine from Dave Platt in the UK. Reasonably priced, sound great, weigh a lot less, removed the cats and increased hp a bit ( 10 hp?)
