Problems returning "Butty Buddy"

So, at someone’s recommendation, I contacted my credit card company. I have never had to do this before and so was amazed at how simple the process was and how amenable the cc company was.
Anyway, guess what, the very next day I received an email form the vendor who was very confused as to what my issue was and he would "refund my money right away". I'm sure the timing was purely coincidental. Oh well, at least I have my money back.

Bottom line, the product is OK for what it is but the service I received was appalling.
