power commander tables help

After playing round with both Tune ECU and now PCV with AT, I'd probably leave your TB with latest tune of Tune ECU site and save up for the PCV set up.

I only just got a PCV with AT and wish I'd done it a long time ago. I have recently tried importing PC tables into Tune ECU also and all I get is incompatible PC3 table (this was just out of curiosity).

I'd go with the general nuts of the advice from everyone here, everyone's singing the same "tune" and there are some very clever people here...

It has proven near indispensable for me - as here there are not even any decent braked Dynos close - let alone a good tuner. I happen also to like the map/gear feature of the PCV (AT or not). The first thing I really noticed with the PCV using Hanso's tables was how much smoother the bike was. The tables from DynoJet are imo not too great. The very first tables he did iirc were pretty much the Stock triumph AFR values transcribed (with again iirc) some input from Wayne Tripp. I've just gone back to the V1 tables in 1st and 5th. V2 tables in 2nd-4th. I'll happily give up some grunt in top gear if I can gain 10% better economy upto 100mph.

imo the other near indispensable tool is TORQUE or similar. Some may be surprised how often they use less than 25 or 30% throttle.
