Sumpin' tells me that Lupe was bbqing that churrasco (skirt steak) long before he cracked his wrist!
 
I post pictures in forums by using a free Photobucket account.

I take pics with my phone, then e-mail them to my PB account.

Then, when I want to post a pic; I select it in my PB library, click on the "IMG" link for the pic, then paste the "IMG" code into my forum post.

When you save your post; the picture is there:
