Anyone up for a new years ride?
Im going away on the Australia day long weekend ,so thats out for me.
We could have one on sat 11th or sun 12th jan or sat 18th or sun 19th jan
Any preferences for dates?
I would suggest we head south along the coast as its likely to heat up soon.
I wouldn't mind a day trip to Margaret River and back,plenty of time if we leave early .I think its about 4 hours each way.
Maybe have lunch in town
Northerners meet up this way and we meet the southerners along the freeway somewhere.
But if anyone else has a suggestion I'm all ears.
 
Well? Come on Keno,Mike Hunt ,Haggis ,Pedro and others. Could be a shorter run if Margaret River's too far for the day.

gday zim, just got back from holiday today, i should be ok for a ride, sat preferably but can do a sun as well, oh by the way happy new year to all.
 
"Shorty', my new roadsters up around the 1100 km mark now, and overdue for 1000k service, dealers ok with it being a little over but not another 500 over, so ,sorry mate , cant risk the warranty.
 
Here's a old B movie for all you Perth Riders..Road Games Stacy Keach and Jamie Lee Curtis 1981. It was our first glimps of the roads in Australia back here in the states for some of us.

Is it JCS? Tell them you must go on the ride and you have changed the oil,thats all that really needs doing at 1000kl

Edit, I just watched 23 seconds of it. Its even more painful than I remembered LOL
