I know, I know, looking for unobtanium here but I thought I'd try.
Does anyone have a set of pannier rails and is willing to part ways with?

I tried several from different bikes and none fit w/o modifications.

When you say rails, do you mean the guards on the outside of the bags?

I have reached out to a couple of folks that are selling their R3Ts locally but neither wants to take the rails off and sell separately.
