Hombre, I certainly wouldn't count on any hard data for K&N vs the foam element. Our bikes and dynos are too different IMHO.
What I am looking for is true boost in power over the PC3, with your tune, and to see how the A/F ratio is. B/C if it is 99% for your bike, and say at least 90% on for my bike (and still made more power), that would be one impressive tune (which from initial impressions, it seems to be-but I will reserve judgement and let the dyno do the talking 8)
Also, I zeroed the PC3 and loaded the tune w/o a hiccup, took longer for the 2 PC's to warm up and attach the cables then to do both! Ain't technology grand
The bike was already warm, but tried a modified 12 minute tune-wait till fan comes on, shut down, start up. Anyway it ran very, very, very well w/o the 12 tune and was wicked fast, especially in the FREEZING 75 degree night air
Anyway, put about 30 miles on it since, and another 30 to the dyno tuner, so I think it should all be worked out-but know you got me thinking of doing a true 12 minute tune from there :? prior to getting it dynoed.
