Yes it does, if I take that one I could be riding this weekend, just in time for labor day.

Get the latest model you can. Plus, if a 2013 had probs - and there seems to have been a few - maybe there was an issue at the plant or teething problems with the "new" mode. Who knows, but I'd give them as much time as you can bear to iron out any bugs. Get another shiny one with red stripes.
