Off For Some Surgery.....

Money well spent I reckon mate. Spent a few hours with a local bloke here (looking at his mates Valiant for sale) He has a 1997 Harley Softtail that he's spent over $26,000 just on the donk. Blew up after 2,000klms so had to just about do it twice. He took off from the lights and I was surprised how sluggish it was ..made a sh!tload of noise but my Rockets heaps quicker. I had to throttle off or would have run up his arse. He's spent more on his engine than my bike cost new

Sh#t photo but I saw this tonight nice paint, I asked if it was so called (factory custom paint) no such thing really is there? The pirate riding it said yes it is a CVO road king. $47000.00. Expensive paint. May be Ponters will get what he wants for his Rocket. Some blokes have a lot of money to throw around

Tony i have Nevs street cams what cams did you use ? mine is a little stronger till around 5500 rpm, im using tune boy Nev gave me the option to use PC3 witch the bike had when i bought it but i opted for tuneboy because you can do ignition timing as well

My cams are bigger than yours i am lead to believe, i think issues with the tune

I think you need 23'000 cc to make 220 hp at 800 rpm . yo must mean 8000 . are you shore you'll get 190 lbs torque I have more torque than carpenters 240 pac ,mine was tune for torque because that's whet I asked for from Nev, I think you will get 185 lbs torque :p

No Pete, My tune will not let me rev past 6600 RPM - there is a glitch with the base tune that Fred is sorting out... That's why I only have 212hp - should be around 220hp when I can rev to 7,400 RPM.

What's wrong that you can't get the rev limiter up to 7500?
Dam should off waited a few seconds:banghead:
Nev says the rev limiter should not be set higher than 7,400 RPM with stock valves. But my base tune has an issue.:(
But it will be sorted soon.

I am sure Freddo will sort it out. The tune ECU will not allow over 7000 normally. Thats why I use tuneboy for this sort of job. Do not worry Kel, what is happening on the other side of the country will not effect you.
