Now I can ride!

Hey Bob, let me know how you go adjusting the headlights? I gave up after several attempts, my baby is still cross eyed? Even tried bending the brackets but gave up as I don't have a workshop or vice! I found they were a pain to get right!

Binnsy,

The main (center) headlight was fine.

I pulled my car out of the garage and had my wife straddle the bike to hold it straight and shone all of the lights (high beam) on the garage door. I just lined up the height of the driving lights a little bit higher than the high beam on my Jeep on the garage door from about 15 feet away.

All I had to do was loosen the nuts on the mounting bracket just under the shell of the driving lights and aim them to where I wanted them. To get then to stay I had to really tighten them down. Once loosened it even allowed me a little bit of left/right movement, enough to aim the lights where they needed to go.

I didn't have to touch the allen head bolt that mounts the bracket to the bar and turn signals. Perhaps your mounting bar is tweaked a bit?
