Non starter 2005 Rocket 3 Classic

So when you first turn on ign and all of the lights comes on is the green light bright?
and did it start in gear clutch pulled in with kickstand up?

Turn on ign, all lights come on, neutral light dim, main beam warning light on bright the rocker switch position on l/h switchgear makes no difference to the main beam warning light on the dash, clutch pulled in, side stand up, nothing on the button?
