I got a look at the line up for the 2017 and the R3T and Trophy are missing! The fact that the R3r is still here means it's not an emission thing but poor sales that killed them. I think triumph never gave the bikes a chance if you look at the competition. The R3t looked like triumphs answer to the road king but the street glide's the bike flying out the doors and triumph did nothing to compete, it sucks that triumph half asses certain models into oblivion, instead of dumping the bike give us americans what we want EVERYTHING, 4 channel stereo, passenger armrests with cup holders. Can't say I didn't see it coming though with touring models marked down below the cost of roadsters here and still not selling. oh well.

The touring doesn't come up on the 2017 R3 line up, my dealers blowing the trophys out for $16k and he told me they were done and that and the R3t both missing from the line up.

Check your inbox for triumphs 2017 reveal link and you'll see the 2017 bikes there and the trophy and R3t aint. I'm trying to link it here but keep loading my complete email duh.

Whatever, there's been a million threads on this, here and and on rat.net, this year, and every year, they are there in the Triumph website I linked.

The info I have seen is that Rockets will stay, for while they may only sell 500 or so a year here in the States, they sell plenty more around the world, so they will continue to offer it globally. Now if they have plenty leftovers, they may not have a 2017 version but keep flogging what's left of 2016. Japanese manufactures often skip years on various models, selling down the previous year or two before revealing the new freshened version. As I read the Triumph website, I see only one 2017 model revealed just yet, but I got an email today for some big reveal.

yes Tripps 2016 has R3t and trophy models i'm not disputing that. The triumph website announcing the upcoming 2017 reveal left out the 2 models I mentioned, have to click on the year to see the models but like rocketjohn posted it may just not be released yet.

Its hard to believe they would keep the Roadster yet discontinue the Touring. They share the same engine and trans but many other parts are different.

Someone's seen them on the Australian site or something, I think someone actually ordered one, but I may be wrong, we'll see.
