might try spraying linkage and stepper motor with wd40. put wd40 straw in rubber on steppermotor and spray.

The pipes look like they could be D&D slip-ons if there is no pipe on the left side. If they are D&D, they are good pipes. Do they have a removable baffle in them ?

Hey again, sorry for my absence , I work crazy hours. The pipes do have baffles. Pulled p commander, o2 bypass, and a friend loaned me his exhaust from his 2010 roadster. Bike runs fantastic now. Thanks for all the input from everyone! No remapping, just let idle 12 minutes past fan cycle.
