That there be a power commander 3 , I had one of them play up giving the symptoms you describe . It plugs into the main loom under the tank . The 2 large grey stock plugs are pulled apart and each plug connects to the power commander plugs . Disconnect the power commander and reconnect the stock plugs together then see how she runs . If the problem remains then it is unlikely to be the pc3 . Oh and welcome from one of the Brits !

Never did like power commanders. Have Power vision on the Harley. Wish they made a program for Rockets.
Yea they can be bloody dangerous if they play up . I have known 2 pc3s , Including mine to eff up . The pcv seems far better put together and robust and thus far no problems . Trouble is , here you are hard pressed to find a dyno where the tuner won't use the pc .

Honestly, you don't need anything more than a tune in the ECU on a stock motor. If you really want an external fuel programmer, and don't like the PC, then Dobeck offers one that's had some good reviews.

With Power Vision You can attach to bike ride a couple Hundred miles and send the data to dyno tune in Las Vegas Nevada. They will read the data and adjust the can tune to your bike. Very sweet system. Works very well with aftermarket mods of all types. Took the Harley into a free dyno run that I won in a drawing and the guy just looked at me and asked who tuned your bike. When I told him what I had done he just laughed and gave me a hang five. It is not a piggy back system. Actually it is a state of the art system. That is why most Harley dealerships even to this day still push power commanders. No money in it for dealers.:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling:

Thanks for the welcomes everyone, Idaho ,I cant say
Dont know about pipes, power commander with 3 buttons on front to adjust fuel. Like I said ,all my other rockets were stock.

The pipes look like they could be D&D slip-ons if there is no pipe on the left side. If they are D&D, they are good pipes. Do they have a removable baffle in them ?
