I think you're correct to sell it. You've mentioned it's too much for you or Dad-so be it. get it to a good home. Most of us with R3's prefer loud and fast as opposed to old, loud, and slow. Somebody will get a GREAT bike in the near future-I hope they thank us!

well, no, i was responding to your comment that it was too much scooter for YOU...
i said i couldn't imagine selling mine, and i can't, but i'm having a hard time seeing myself riding it at 70, to be sure

what is that helmet you're wearing in the pic busajack?
i am currently having a mid-helmet crisis........ i can't stand anything more than a shorty, but i really want a shield that covers the face... in a quandry am i.

Check out this one. My wife and I both have one and we both love them. The visor goes up inside the helmet and is inter-changeable.
