Figured out what it was doing. On the F tables there is a MAX number you are allowed to set the cell to. You can go above those numbers by using the F-Trim table and applying those to the F tables. The draw back is, once you apply them and go back to the F table and click on one of the over max cells it will reset it to the max you are allowed to put in.
Example:
On the F1 table i have a cell set to the max, lets say it's 16000. Then in the F-Trim table I add 10% to that same section and apply the change to the F tables. The F table will now show 17600. If I then click on that cell, it will reset the cell to 16000 and not let me set it higher.
So, what happens when you select the entire table (to copy it to the other F tables) and you have cells over the allowed max is it will drop the entire table down x% to set the cells that are over max to the max.
Tom, sent an email through the TuneECU site explaining what it was doing. Hope it makes sense.
