New Stutter issue

high test is a slang term for premium gas. Ethyl is another slang term you might see. There's an old country & western song referencing how "Ethyl got pumped."

Sea Foam is a gas treatment used for long term storage of fuel and removal of the corn alcohol that they put in our gas.

for your enjoyment...

thanks TD
Gee the streak ,that brings back memories, over here "people" started streaking in protest to the Vietnam War, sort of telling the Govt to bare the true facts, but we still have the occasional streaker at major events,
in Aus since the lead has taken out of all of our petrol,if you have old Dinosaur cars like my Customline or F100 you have a few choices run on unleaded and risk valve recession ,go LPG, replace the valves and seats with suitable items,or use a lead replacement fluid in your petrol Flashlube for example @1ml per litre ,I bought a 20litre drum of the stuff (fell of the back of a truck) enough for 20,000 litres so I don't look like running out for a while ,I even put a bit in the rocket for upper cylinder lubrication.

Update: On our lunch ride yesterday, I filled up three times with 87 octane fuel. I did not 'top-off' the tank and the day wasn't too hot; mid afternoon fill up was 85F. At no time did I get the stutter and best mileage was 36 mpg. I will do a little more experimenting and see if I can duplicate the issue and narrow it down to an exact cause.
