Seem to be mostly from the US but they're a welcoming bunch and even "allow" us from down here. As Saboteur says, we're from all over. Most of the discussion is around the bikes and riding so it makes no difference. There's also some stuff that may be more directly relevant to our US cousins (eg political) but interesting non the less. Nothing stopping you lot (or my lot for that matter) doing the same thing.
