Just purchased my first Triumph! 2011 Rocket 3 Roadster. The thing truly is a beast. I want to get the most out of it - seems restricted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its got the TORs, K&N, PwrV, and butterflies removed. I Cant seem to get it tuned just right, should I get it dyno tuned? also do the 3 air filters under the bear claw make a big improvement?

Welcome from Idaho. Tell us where in the world you are located. Often there are Captains around to come help you.

Try reposting your question in the technical posts. There is so much information and different opinions on the board you will need to decide what is right for you. Try some things, if you don't like it change it.

Welcome from Auss, what the others said also I am guessing you mean it is a Power Comanander V= five if you also have the AutoTune unit I can give you a map for it if you cant get to a dyno.
If you cant get to a dyno there are also some tunes out there that will remove the restriction in the ignition tables but if you want do that you will need to buy the $20 cable and download the free TuneECU software, all this info is in threads here on the forum. the K&N 2780's under the bear claw will give an improvement but it must be noted that some people have not enjoyed the extra noise, I have gone for the larger K&N RX 4040's with less noise and more air, they do stick out a bit thou

I sure do not get the how and why some complain about the "noise" caused by the K&Ns.

To me, the sound is reminiscent of the music produced by a big-ass Holly four barrel sitting atop a big block at WFO throttle.
SWEET, SWEET, SWEET !!!
JMHO,

couldn't have said it better myself, just got to love the induction roar when you open her up but some people don't like the crickets noise which the 2780's are more prone to making then the bigger filters, in fact my K&N RX 4040's hardly ever make it
