As long as you've Alu somewhere in the same electric circuit as the Ti, it "should" corrode first... should being the operative word here lol.
Metallurgy is a huge considering in watercooling loops for computers, a lot of Chinese companies build Alu cored radiators with copper end tanks. Then, pretty much everyone uses copper water block or nickel coated copper blocks, its an absolute nightmare to find parts made of only copper to avoid corrosion issues.
