If you plan to use OEM nuts on the header plate, you might need additional washers as spacers under the nuts. Off subject, but what is the outlet diameter of the muffler baffle?

I changed my exhaust studs in the head for 45mm grub screws - works a tread and they are hardened steel
They do not bend and are not soft like the Triumph studs.
DBaffle was installed in the pipe so no picture but it is the one that Carpenter sells, fit went pretty easy if you can do a six piece jigsaw puzzle you can instal the exhaust,
Roughly about half an hour to instal that was with the existing exhaust removed and everything cleaned that needed cleaned.
Will be looking for some neater spring covers or will buy some nice clamps but for the time the covers will stay on as about two of the springs will rub against the exhaust.
