Its not really been tested yet, my wife is a part time summer rider, as it is quite low it is more of a bum support (that dont mean I carry tramps about!) than a backrest so you cant put much leverage on it.

Click to expand... Personnaly I would put a couple rubber stoppers (the sticky ones) under the bracket just in case it does bend then it wouldn't scratch your fender.
