Thanks to me mate peter k i have a standard seat to make life a bit more cosy on the trip down to RDU , here's what im planning to do with it , will be attempting all the recovering myself so dont expect a glamorous job , after all i am the Wrecka

I had my seat remodelled by John Moorhouse (Ergo Seats) Capalaba, he's been around for years and does a great job.
He was happy to rework my seat a couple of times until I was happy with it.
If you get stuck I'm sure he will help you out.
 
I thought about buying one of those covers - they look good, only trouble is I couldn't sew a button on. They look the part
No need for sewing , just staples over top of the old cover , although i have to unbutton the old one to insert the gel piece.
