My Moto Hobo life

Note: I have nothing against many of the homeless (or those house less by choice like me).
As long as they are harmless and not stealing, robbing, killing etc. to avoid working.
I grew up poor but we didn’t live in squalor

Picking up garbage and keeping a yard clean (even if it’s dirt) isn’t that hard - especially if you have 12 hours of free time daily for seven days a week.

Paint isn’t that expensive either.

PS. Mentally challenged people are exempt from my rant.

Wow slab city has changed. I have not been in 10 years but used to be well organized with many folks some with class A Rvs, a library, school and a stage for theater How times change places
It is certainly going through the 'septic' stage of existence!;):whitstling::(
Interesting history but I feel no need or urge to visit!

And you know who to blame now too!;) :whitstling: :roll::roll:

Well just be careful in California. It certainly isn't as safe as it was 20 years ago but you can still find a ton of things and places to go. Just make sure you go inside when the sun goes down. Read the room so to speak.
Yeah, considering California is Desert and used to be Mexico.... stay indoors Dusk to Dawn ....great advice! ;) :whitstling::cautious:🤔🤣🤣🤣
It starts off OK but!

Though you had just replaced the rear tire, Tread is wearing thin in the last shot.

It must have been the angle.

3,100 on it and 22,000 left.

Time for a repaint though. The sand and gravel here take their toll.

Hitch is getting welded tonight:
1. Shortening by 2”
2. Solid bar inside cheap tubes
3. Extra strap welded on the sides
4. Dropping a few pounds of unused gear
5. Possibly removing adapter

I will try to slow down on bouncy roads and going over bridges, railroad crossings and such.

I used to fish the Salton sea back in the mid 70's. Didn't eat the fish but it was still fun. I wouldn't get anywhere near the water now days. They just need to blast a channel from the ocean to Salton Sea and all would be good again in 10 or 12 decades. ;)

I didn’t see any of the stinking dead fish on the shore. AMA I got that this lake was the parodies of rich and famous back in the 50s and now is a dead stinky area. The only hope for the area is the new homes in Truck Haven being built for the off road community.

Classic Industries R3 tow bar from Queensland Australia.

New prices below, now the business is for sale and may have shut already.
They did sell a lot of these towbars in the USA too.

Foolishly I let one of their Classic Industries motorcycle trailers go here last week in Canberra. Used ready for registration. It was snapped up quick for just $500 (US$370) before I could figure out a place to store it. :(

Pretty sure these are TT17 Triumph Rocket III 2003 to 2009 but as yours has Jardines you need the TT24 version.

The one below was Mittzy's Roadster one he sold a while ago. Note the different plate shape at end and much lower rail height to accomodate lower mufflers like your Jardines need too!
