So,

I've been wanting a louder exhaust and as you all know there is no options....well one now at competition werkes. But the 1100 price tag for a simple slip on is extremely high. They priced themselves right out of my business. I do love the way the factory exhaust looks. I recently removed the cat which helped a tiny bit. So I decided to rip the whole thing apart today and rebuild it properly. Here are some pics of my progress so far. I will finish up tomorrow.
Here is the whole exhaust minus the trim pieces.

Here are the cut lines I decided to start with. I want to keep two of the three mounts for the muffler.

Big pipe is what used to attach to the cat. Notice all the very small outlet pipes.

Thats it for now, tomorrow I will fab up new tubing and rebuild the muffler.
Hope this helps anyone looking for more growl.

We are so lucky to have guys with so much talent and intelligence .... and some really good shop tools.
If my wife ever knew how much money I've spent on all my tools.......a full set of tools at home and work plus all my welders plasma cutters benders ect... lol she'd be pissed. But I would tell her they make me money lol

Ok so the exhaust is done! I absolutely love it! A lot more work then planned but it's 100% right.

Enjoy
