Awesome Exhaust System

I'm really enjoying riding mine. It handles so much better than you would ever expect it to.
It steers and flicks well in the twisties, so that's really great.....
...However......
The only thing that I haven't yet been able to resolve is the harsh ride of the rear suspension.
My thoughts on it is that the rear wheel and tyre are very heavy and the suspension travel is quite short, so there's not much movement available to soak up the change in direction of mass. The result appears to be a frustratingly crashy rear end over sharp bumps, so i'm constantly trying to find the best bits of tarmac lying ahead of me, which is not how I want to ride.
Apologies just seen this. If I may add to your comments. Where I live there is a well known and reverend suspension company who do the domestic race season all over the UK. They are called Kais Suspension and are Ohlins specialists and more. Google them. Anyway Goerge set me up on my bike and showed me how the front and rear suspension were working independently of each other and that's how they roll off the garage forecourt. Not all of them but most of them. Most normal riders buying a triumph Rocket may or may not notice it.In his professional opinion riders may use the power of the bike on a day to day basis but will never ever use the chassis and OEM suspension to the max unless one is over 25 stone which is one heavy person. For me It was all digitally done front and back and then I was asked to sit on the bike with all my riding gear. A few twists or compression and preload and rebound and I was told to go for a 25 mile ride of various roads. What a difference and the bike is so so compliant. So my ADVICE...get properly adjusted by a suspension specialist near to you. They know their ****. They will put you right and save you a fortune unless you can afford to upgrade to Ohlins or another well known brand. The professionals will sort it. We have the worst roads in Europe by the way. Cracked tarmac and pot holes everywhere. I am a big guy about 120kgs and I can hang off my Rocket in and out of bends ,well sort of without scraping the pegs. Get it done professionally.

Thanks buddy.
Based on your positive experience with Kais, I think i'll make enquiries with George and head over to see them in the coming weeks.
Thanks again

I would 100%. Best £75 I have spent on sorting out a potential handling issue. Triumph would not put crappy suspension on Plus £20000 bike for the sake of it. In my opinion what's on there is plenty good enough for the majority unless one is taking it on a Race Track.

I only live 10 minutes away from Kais Suspension
