On the anti-corrosion product, I use a similar one but get it at the marine supply stores. It is much more effective than WD-40.

I used to know a guy, Howard, that had an old chrome plating shop, he didn't pay his taxes for 20 years, till he died, city wouldn't foreclose on it because of all the toxic metals on site
